Michel Mailliard works out here a splendid white of whites. This wine which proposes the soil, is full in mouth, constructed and very flexible at the same time. The wine is structured and elegant; it delivers fresh almond flavours of a great lightness. A champagne with the strong personality and the beautiful complexity. A very beautiful bottle on seafood meals.
