This rosy is unique, since this field is the only one to elaborate its wines with only one type of vine the "Tibouren" and also because this rosy is to "guard". We have been fully seduced by this vintage 2001. Its orange dress is surprising but superb. The mouth is invaded by a beautiful matter, quite ripe, with a beautiful freshness of spice flavours and candied fruits. The mouth is winy and of a very great persistence. A true rosy wine with really unique savours.
